I. Positions and Support Conditions
Qualifications:
(1) Commitment to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, passion for higher education, adherence to Chinese laws and regulations, and observance of academic and professional ethics.
(2) Strong academic potential, teamwork spirit, and good physical and mental health.
(3) A Ph.D. degree from a reputable university or research institution, either domestically or internationally.
(4) Meeting the professional and academic standards required for teaching and research positions.
Disciplinary Directions:
Nonferrous Metallurgy, Metallurgical Physical Chemistry, Iron and Steel Metallurgy, Intelligent Metallurgy, Materials Metallurgy, Resource Recycling Engineering, Metallurgical Environmental Engineering, Pollution Control of "Three Wastes" (solid, liquid, gas), Site Pollution Control and Remediation, Cleaner Production, New Energy Materials and Devices, Clean and Renewable Energy, Efficient Utilization and Recycling of New Energy Resources, etc.
II. Positions and Benefits

(1) Strategic Leading Talents
Requirements: Visionary leadership to advance disciplines to international excellence; age ≤70.
